1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing VIP access to AA.GG services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.

2. Service Description

AA.GG provides premium gaming scripts and tools for Cronus Zen devices. VIP membership grants access to exclusive scripts, priority support, and additional features as described in your selected plan.

Lifetime VIP Plan ($60 one-time)

  • All Monthly VIP benefits
  • Lifetime access (no renewal fees)
  • Custom script requests
  • Beta testing access
  • Premium support

3. Discord Server Requirement

IMPORTANT: All VIP members must join our Discord server to gain access to both the application and their VIP role. Access will not be granted without Discord membership.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an invitation to join our Discord server. You must:

  • Join the Discord server within 24 hours of purchase
  • Use the same username/email as your purchase
  • Accept the server rules and guidelines
  • Remain an active member to maintain VIP access

Failure to join the Discord server or comply with server rules may result in suspension or termination of your VIP access without refund.

4. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan.

Subscription Management

You have full control over your subscription. You can manage, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account or by contacting us.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Automatically renew each month
  • Billed on the same date each month
  • Can be cancelled at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
How to Cancel Monthly Subscription:
  1. Log into your PayPal account
  2. Go to Settings → Payments
  3. Find "Manage automatic payments"
  4. Locate "AA.GG Monthly VIP" subscription
  5. Click "Cancel" to stop future payments
  6. Your VIP access will continue until the end of your current billing period

Lifetime Access

  • One-time payment
  • No recurring charges
  • Access granted immediately upon payment confirmation

5. Subscription Cancellation

Monthly Subscription Cancellation:

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future charges but your VIP access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Step-by-Step Cancellation Guide:
  1. Log into your PayPal account at paypal.com
  2. Click on your profile icon and select "Settings"
  3. Navigate to "Payments" in the left sidebar
  4. Click on "Manage automatic payments"
  5. Find "AA.GG Monthly VIP" in your active subscriptions
  6. Click "Cancel" and confirm the cancellation
  7. You'll receive a confirmation email from PayPal

Alternative: If you need help with cancellation, contact us through our Discord server and we'll assist you.

Lifetime Access

Lifetime VIP purchases are one-time payments and do not require cancellation. You have permanent access to all VIP features.

6. Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS: Due to the digital nature of our services and immediate access granted, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Technical issues on your end
  • Compatibility problems with your device
  • Failure to join Discord server
  • Violation of terms resulting in account suspension

We strongly recommend testing our free services and reading all documentation before making a purchase.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include:

  • Sharing or distributing scripts to non-VIP members
  • Reverse engineering or modifying our software
  • Using scripts in competitive gaming where prohibited
  • Harassment or abuse of other users
  • Violation of Discord server rules

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions, maintenance, or technical issues.

9. Privacy and Data

We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data collection and processing practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

AA.GG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your VIP access at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice and without refund.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
